Return policy

Here is the scoop on our friendly and straightforward return guidelines.

All items sold by Auction Addicts are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every item, and we stand behind our listings. If an item is not as described, we will make it right.

Return eligibility by category

How to request a return

1. Text us. Text a photo and brief description of the issue to (540) 588-8471.
2. Online form. Fill out our online return request form.
3. Visit us. Bring the item to our auction center within 7 days of auction close for review.

Returns without prior approval or photo documentation will not be accepted.

Additional terms

• Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all original packaging and accessories.
• Matthews Auctioneers reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned items before issuing a refund or credit.
• This policy does not cover buyer's remorse, wrong size, or preference-based returns.
