All items sold by Auction Addicts are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every item, and we stand behind our listings. If an item is not as described, we will make it right.

Bring the item to our auction center within 7 days of auction close for review.

- Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all original packaging and accessories.
- Matthews Auctioneers reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned items before issuing a refund or credit.
- This policy does not cover buyer's remorse, wrong size, or preference-based returns.
