- Automatic technical data: IP address and basic request information collected by our hosting and security provider to operate the site and prevent abuse.

- The contact and return request forms you choose to fill out.
- Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) on those forms.
- Server logs from our hosting provider (Cloudflare).
- The map on our contact page, which loads from Google Maps when you view it.

- To respond to your questions and process return requests.
- To prevent spam and abuse on our forms.
- To operate and secure the website.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the service providers required to operate the site:
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox. Privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides security and bot protection. Privacy policy.
- Google Maps loads the map on our contact page. Privacy policy.
- Rova Web, our website operator, receives a copy of form submissions for support purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
